- Answer customer inquiries for Sales and Service Departments.
- Scheduling of Service appointments and Sales Consultations.
- Maintain customer database.
- Submission of warranty claims to vendors.
- Process permit applications with local municipalities for installation jobs.
- Prepare maintenance contract billing for Accounting department.
- Clear, concise communication with department managers, employees and customers.
- Working within the CRM system daily (Service Titan).
- Companywide Admin support as needed using a variety of computer applications and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel.
- CRM information system experience a plus.
- Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
