Sales Coordinator Job Description
Trapp Technology is seeking an entry level Sales Coordinator for soon-to-be or recent graduates. The Sales Coordinator will support the CEO and Sales team to ensure the smooth operation of sales-related activities within the company. The position will provide administrative support, act as a point of contact for the department to internal and external customers, and maintain and analyze data in numerous databases.
This position is full-time, at 40 hours per week. Trapp Technology is headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, but the position is 100% remote within the United States. Strong candidates will be highly detailed, fiscally responsible, and adept in Excel.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00/hour
Essential Duties:
- Provides administrative support to the CEO and Sales team.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information.
- Acts as a point of contact for internal and external customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information as needed.
- Coordinates with outside departments to ensure the smooth onboarding, billing, and logistics of sales.
- Assists in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Provides support in tracking sales performance metrics and preparing regular sales reports for the CEO.
- Generates and analyzes sales-related reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide comparison to company sales targets.
- Revenue and sales forecast tracking and progress.
- Pipeline Analysis within CRM system and helping track of warm opportunities towards as they move through the sales process
- Utilizes sales and CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor sales activities.
- Calculates monthly and quarterly commission payouts, following detailed instructions.
- Utilizes Microsoft Excel to create reporting for CEO
- Assists in the onboarding of new sales team members by providing access to sales tools and scheduling training.
- Support Exec Team monitor progress towards monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
- Conducts special projects as directed and perform other duties as requested in high energy fast changing environment
- Constant interaction with Sales Reps and Marketing Team to offer daily support
- Supports important Weekly Sales and Marketing Meetings by summarizing and creating reports and distributing critical information throughout the company
- Participates in Trapp internal meetings and required trainings
- Maintains a professional image and demonstrates an understanding of and follows all Trapp Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Recent graduate or soon to be graduates with an associate’s or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel. Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of CRM and some level of hands on experience with CRM would be ideal
- SalesForce experience a plus
- Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently
- Excellent organizational, communication skills
- Understanding of a sales processes and importance of marketing to an organization
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Ability to formulate and interpret a range of requests while following company policies
- Provides strong customer service to internal and external customers
