Job Description:

We seek self-starting individuals to join our winning team as Sales Consultants. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and budget. You will guide them through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience every step of the way. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will build strong relationships based on authentic engagement and help increase overall store sales. We will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support, equipping you with the necessary success tools.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives.
• Educate customers on the features, specifications, and benefits of vehicles.
• Provide pricing information and negotiate effectively to close sales.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, features, and competitive offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or college degree (college degree is a plus).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Background in sports or other competitive environments is a plus.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in automotive sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Customer-focused with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
