Sales Consultant

Superior Fence & Rail of Minneapolis is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. Leads are supplied through marketing initiatives, industry partnerships, and relationships cultivated by the Sales Consultant. Massive sales advantage over competitors. Excellent office and infrastructure support help provide success. 

Paid training for 6 weeks. Pay ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year. Laptop and phone provided after the training period is completed. Vehicle and gas card provided between 30-90 days after the training period has been completed. The territory for this position is primarily in the northern half of the Twin Cities, so the candidate needs to live in this area.

Job Responsibilities

• Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail's structured selling process and complete required training
• Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products
• Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
• Attend and follow up on customer appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

Minimum Requirements

• Prior outside sales experience
• College degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to work some evenings
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and listening skills
• Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates and supervisors
• Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
• Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G Suite)
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
