In-Home Sales Consultant

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with or knowledge about sales, marketing, business, and customer satisfaction practices
• Ability to learn about plumbing, ductwork, and HVAC products and systems as well as load calculations and solution troubleshooting
• Ability to use an iPad and give presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service skills and ability to build a rapport

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our In-Home Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting with potential customers and demonstrating how our company is the right answer for their plumbing or HVAC needs. Always positive and outgoing, you attend pre-scheduled appointments with prospects and speak with them about their current systems. You diagnose any problems with the existing system and learn about each prospect's desires before creating job proposals that outline what we can do for them. Then comes the fun part - making the sale! You do what you can to convince the prospect to do business with us and successfully close the deal.
