Sales Associate/Cashier

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales Associate to join our team at Goldie's in Downtown Ventura. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and promoting our products. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized shop
- Creating and Innovating new ideas for the environment
- Promote and upsell additional products or services to customers
- Assist with inventory management, supplies and restocking shelves as needed
- Collaborating with team members
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless technology and electronic sales
- Bilingual skills in English and are helpful but not required
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
