Job Duties/Description:
- Promote and sell our services directly to potential customers.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with current and potential customers.
- Educate current and potential customers about the restoration services we offer with integrity and excellence.
- Be able to cold call leads. And be able to produce sales from those leads!
- Develop and present marketing campaign to existing and potential clients.
- Be primary contact for all existing customers.
- Capture all sales activity and plan future sales routes and activity using a daily leads furnished by company.
- Develop presentations, sales scripts, and proposals as appropriate and deliver targeted messages to current and potential customers.
- Present weekly job tracking sheet.
- Self Motivated and Result Driven.
- Detail orientated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to be persistent and persuasive without being offensive.
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to work alone and/or in a team environment.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm / Monday-Friday
- Location: 50/50 office and travel
- $500.00 a month car allowance expenses
- Pay: $40,000-50,000K + bonuses
- $2,000 per job that is signed and received
- Quarterly bonuses of $5,000 if sales goals are met
- After 180 days of service the Sales Representative will have a job review and will be eligible for an additional $5,000.00 to salary
