As a Sales Assistant at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will use your dedication and energy to support our new home sales success. Join our team and be an integral partner within the Division's sales team. Your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product, and your energy will help support our Sales Consultant Team from model supplies to competitive shopping and sales administration functions.
Primary Responsibilities
Division Sales Support to achieve sales results
Sales Administration functions including pricing tools, MLS, supply orders and model scheduling
Ensure adequate supply of sales materials are on hand at model
Work with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants on special projects and community needs
Qualifications
At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience
Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills
Available to work 5 days each week (some weekend work may be required)
Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus
