The highly qualified individual plays a key role at Park Square Homes and will be responsible for greeting guests and potential homeowners. Other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Properly meet and greet customers in a professional and upbeat manner and provide support functions for the sales staff. To be very service oriented and strive to make customers, purchasers and current homeowners/residents feel welcome. Greet each guest like an old friend!
- Check all telephone messages and emails
- Provide complimentary coffee services
- Prepare sales brochures (maintain at least 25 min.)
- Re-stock & order office supplies / collateral material (brochures)
- May assist in preparing & maintaining Buyer files, contracts, color selections, etc.
- Manage cleanliness and organization of the back sales office; bathroom cleanliness and monitor towels/bathroom tissue and hand soap for replenishment; touchscreen and countertop cleanliness
- Conduct community overview/presentation to customers if New Home Sales Professional is unavailable
- Assist in filling out guest registration and ensure accuracy/completeness of information
- Enter new guest and broker registrations/Update existing registrations in CRM and ensure accuracy and thoroughness of information
- Update CRM with all Return Visitors daily
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and strong attention to detail
- Positive, friendly, professional personality
- Ability to multi-task and promote excellent customer service in a busy team-oriented environment
- Previous related experience in a similar role preferred working with a residential homebuilder; real estate, customer-facing front desk (i.e. spa, country club, retail, reception)CRM experience is ideal
- Ability to work weekends
- Must have an active Florida Real Estate Salesperson
