- Serve as administrative assistant to the Associate VP
- Greet visitors, answer phones, respond to inquiries and resolve issues as needed
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks
- Organize and facilitate meetings and special events
- Maintain one or more individual schedules and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist guests as needed
- Perform basic bookkeeping functions
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Greet visitors, answer phones, respond to inquiries and resolve issues as needed
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years in an administrative office role
- Basic knowledge of customer service
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills
- Superb communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
