Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide support to our sales team and assist in driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining customer relationships
- Interview potential customers assess needs
- Help sales team prepare presentation with customer solutions
- Coordinate meetings and follow-up on action items with sales team
- Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining sales records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify potential opportunities
