Tow Truck Operator

We are looking to fill multiple positions for Tow Truck operators who Have experience operating Flatbed or Wreckers

-Must have a clean drivers license.
-Must be at least 23 years old.
-Must pass a background check.
-Must have prior TOWING EXPERIENCE
-Able to lift a min of 50 LBS
-DOT medical card
-We do not train.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a Tow Truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Load and unload vehicles onto the Tow Truck using appropriate equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the Tow Truck
- Handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience operating a Tow Truck
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Physical stamina and strength to load, unload, and secure vehicles onto the Tow Truck
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle stressful situations calmly
