Our client are an Italian Men’s and Women’s Luxury Brand with retail stores all over the world. They are seeking one Seasonal Luxury Sales Assistant for East Hampton.

$20 – $25/hr (DOE)

The Seasonal Luxury Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering a welcoming and memorable experience to all guests and perspective customers. The Seasonal Luxury Sales Assistant is vital to our brand and supports the Client Advisor in all operational objectives.

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the shop, embodying the luxury experience of the brand
• Demonstrate a personable and bubbly personality, ensuring customers feel valued and comfortable
• Offer refreshments to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and fostering a welcoming environment
• Assist client advisors by pulling products for customers based on their preferences and needs
• Merchandise the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with the brand image
• Maintain the neatness and tidiness of products on the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing environment for customers

• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is highly preferred or hospitality background
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high visual merchandising standards
• Passion for luxury fashion and a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the needs of the business

• High School diploma or GED is required
