Job Overview:
As a Sales Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to contact prospective clients via telephone and email to generate interest in our products and services. You will work closely with our sales team to schedule appointments, ensuring they meet their monthly meeting goals. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and persuasive abilities will contribute to the success of our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Build rapport with potential customers to establish trust and credibility
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM system to track and manage leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment generation targets
- Field basic inquiries and address potential clients' questions about our offerings.
- Schedule consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representatives.
- Maintain a detailed log of all calls, including follow-ups and missed contacts.
- Continuously reach out to prospective clients to maximize appointment setting opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling strategies.
- Utilize speed dialer like PhoneBurner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role within a sales environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
