Responsibilities - BDC Service Coordinator:
- Answer incoming Service Department calls and work with vehicle owners to book appointments for vehicle services and repairs
- Answer general service questions and route calls to other staff when needed
- Manage customer created web appointments
- Work with advisors and parts to coordinate part availability for coming appointments
- Supervise lot staff to make sure adequate coverage by assigning duties as needed
- Outbound calls as directed to set appointments for recalls and parts that have arrived along with scheduling maintenance that is coming due
- Assist with other duties as needed / assigned
Requirements - BDC Service Coordinator:
- This is an onsite position
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus!
- Prior Clerical, Administrative, or BDC experience preferred
- Experience handling high call volume preferred
- Steady work history required
- Great phone voice and experience handling high-call volume
- Must have the ability to multi-task
- Outgoing and a fast learner
- Must be skilled with Computer Data Entry and Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as Multi-Line Phone systems
- Must be reliable
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
