Just sell 4 Self-Generated deals (with our help) and then you are eligible for company leads and pre-set appointments.
We start with a 3-day sales closer training and you will be ready to launch. You will start out generating appointments for yourself. A manager will attend your first 10 appointments(minimum) to help with the process and closing (you will still receive your full self-gen commission on all of those deals). Once you close 4 self-gen deals (with or w/out manager help), you are eligible for company-provided leads and appointments. We also offer attainable promotions in black and white; no politics here, just performance.

Solar Consultant
Duties:
-Initially you will set and close your own appointments with manager assistance. This is where your solar appointment setting experience really helps you.
-Guide homeowners through our process, and provide information on the benefits of solar power.
- Create and present customized solar proposals to customers, including system design, cost and payment estimates
-Close by showing clients how simple it can be for them to complete the initial documents during the appointment. No pressure tactics needed.
-Accuracy and Confidentiality with customer and proprietary information
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM software
-Maintain our online reputation through 5 star customer reviews (bonuses for this)
