About the Role
As a member of our executive team, you will lead, manage, and be accountable for all revenue generation activities, inclusive of all sales & marketing processes and personnel. This includes oversight of the Construction Estimation Team and growth of the Maintenance Sales process and team. The role entails mentoring a high-energy group of achievers to be their best, attain sales objectives, and remain growth-focused. This leader will convert qualified, inbound leads into revenue-generating contracts, update the estimating sales process, hit benchmarks, and facilitate continuous improvement of processes and team performance. You will also oversee the creation and deployment of our strategic marketing plan, sales strategies, customer relations, and contract review and negotiation processes.
Responsibilities
•Lead, Manage, and Accountable for all Revenue generation processes and team members.
•Develop lead generation and sales objectives in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team.
•Align sales efforts with overall business objectives to ensure a cohesive company-wide approach.
•Assess team performance, identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of Sales and estimating strategies, optimize sales techniques, and drive continuous improvement.
•Oversee the creation, execution, and improvement of revenue-creating processes from lead generation to prospecting, bidding work, closing deals, and getting repeat business.
•Oversee and manage marketing resources, as required, to support lead generation and branding.
•Lead bid submission process and follow-ups.
•Foster strong and long-lasting relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals. Address customer needs and inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
•Collaborate with the finance department to set sales budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget versus actual performance and take appropriate actions to achieve financial targets.
•Rapidly internalize our sales process, service offerings, and estimating skills.
•Develop a strong understanding of and become proficient in selling construction final cleaning, general labor, move-in cleaning, and janitorial services.
•Ensure tools and processes are in place to analyze sales data and metrics.
•Champion our company values and culture both internally and externally.
•Lead Contract Review & Negotiation and oversee all incoming contracts for completeness, accuracy, and favorable business outcomes.
Qualifications
Required

•Well-versed in the revenue generation lifecycle from marketing and sales to operations and client success.
•Adept at creating and continuously improving sales processes and systems.
•Strong understanding of small business P&L and cash flow drivers.

•Devoted to lifelong professional development; embraces learning, implementing, and training others on new skills and processes.
•Technologically savvy; able to learn and implement new software and systems quickly.
•Able to work out of our El Cajon office daily and support regular activities throughout San Diego County.
•Able to travel, as required, up to 25% to support growth
Preferred
•2-5 years of Sales and/or sales management experience.
•2-5 years of leadership experience.
•Experience and/or passion for construction, real estate, engineering, and/or commercial cleaning industries.
•Experience producing estimates and/or proposals and take-offs from construction drawings.
•Experience producing estimates and/or proposals for property managers.
•Bachelor's degree.
Desired
•Sales and/or Sales Management training and/or certification.
•Experience selling commercial cleaning or similar services within the construction, real estate, and/or engineering industries.
