Sales and Retention Specialist

We are seeking Sales and Retention Specialists to join our team!

Pro Active Pest Control is looking for upbeat people to join our Sales and Retention team in Rancho Cordova, CA. As our business continues to grow, opportunities for advancements are real possibilities for self-starters and those that take initiative.

Job Description:

• Generate leads and sales for the company 
• Answer inbound calls, reply to messages through Google and Yelp, and make outbound calls as needed to potential new customers
• Educate customers about our services we provide 
• Develop and maintain 5 Star quality relationships with customers
• Stay up to date about company wide services, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

• Must have some experience in sales or customer service
• Be self motivated and results driven
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work together as team and individually
• Ability to adapt to changes 
• Be willing to learn 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday with weekend availability
