Sales And Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential leads and prospects through cold-calling techniques
• Effectively communicate the value of our products/services to potential customers and partners
• Engage in effective communication to introduce our services and generate interest
• Create compelling email content and visuals to drive open rates and click-through rates.
• Keep detailed records of call activities and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and customers to provide additional information and support
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and ensure a consistent messaging strategy

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cold-calling, email marketing campaigns, or B2B Marketing (preferred) (not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo and HubSpot is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• A results-oriented mindset and a willingness to meet or exceed targets
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (Preferred)

This position offers an UNCAPPED BONUS STRUCTURE
