- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Assist in developing and implementing account strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Support the sales team in generating leads and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Track and report on key account metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales or account management is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Proven ability to drive business development initiatives
- Comfortable with warm calling and building relationships over the phone
