SalaryWe are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position with a lot of potential for growth. This role will be instrumental in driving our marketing and sales efforts, with a primary focus on cold-calling and email marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential leads and prospects through cold-calling techniques
- Effectively communicate the value of our products/services to potential customers and partners
- Engage in effective communication to introduce our services and generate interest
- Create compelling email content and visuals to drive open rates and click-through rates.
- Keep detailed records of call activities and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and customers to provide additional information and support
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and ensure a consistent messaging strategy
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold-calling, email marketing campaigns, or B2B Marketing (preferred) (not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo and HubSpot is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- A results-oriented mindset and a willingness to meet or exceed targets
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
