Class Coordinator/Marketing Representative

Always Health Institute is seeking for an Administrative Assistant/Sales Representative

• Full-Time Position, hours required are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
• Position is permanent

Administrative Assistant/Sales Representative responsibilities will entail but not limited to:

• Assist answering the phones daily and educate and inform the following prospects: - Walk-ins seeking more information.

- Those that sent a website entry requesting to learn more about a particular class.
- Those who reached out to us on social media (Facebook or Instagram)
- Current branch home health aides who want to further their career.
- Follow up weekly with previous callers
- Provide feedback on all field marketing events, such as job fairs or festivals.

• Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
• Going out in the field everyday
• Leaving our flyers at different establishments such as restaurants, laundromats, and supermarkets.
• Maintaining files
• Data entry
• Book-keeping
• Coverage for staff if absent

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and its dynamics. You will need superb interpersonal skills. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a sales role is preferred. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Applicant should have a valid drivers license and car.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
