Job Description
Summary: Process sales quotes into orders, schedule homes for production, prepare yard sheets and dispatch homes when they are ready for shipping.
- Monitors accounts receivable and payments received on homes
- Perform audit work to ensure compliance.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Sales support and customer service experience a plus.
- Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently.
- Ability to work independently.
- Follow policies and procedures; Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time.
- Extreme Organization.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
