- Monitor and maintain the budget for commercial sales, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Support the commercial sales team by actively contributing to bid proposal development.
- Manage and organize both digital and traditional Sales Support materials for commercial sales initiatives.
- Administer and organize the Sales Dropbox account, providing essential materials for Account Managers.
- Supervise supplier registrations and web portals to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Handle commercial team association memberships, ensuring timely payment of dues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Director of Commercial Sales to formulate effective monthly email marketing strategies for the commercial sales team.
- Coordinate and complete the application process for assigned tradeshows across various markets.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless setup and delivery of equipment for tradeshows.
- Prepare comprehensive tradeshow kits for new markets and replace outdated kits as required.
- Develop follow-up marketing activities for post-show distribution, enhancing engagement and lead conversion.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of post-show strategies in collaboration with Commercial Account Managers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional training in administration, business or other related courses is preferred.
- Administrative experience and/or background is a plus.
- Basic working experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Attention to detail and the ability to be consistently accurate.

- Pay: $20-$21.00/hr
- Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM
- Type: Temp-to-hire
