Position Summary

Bolger is looking for an outgoing, energetic, Marketing & Sales Administrator to join our Sales team at our Minneapolis Como Ave location. If you are goal oriented, well organized and draw energy from being part of a team. This job is for you! (This is not a remote position, applicants must be able to come to work each day)

A day in the life at the

First off, we've been in business for a long time, so that means that we have several qualified people that will be available to train you and get you up to speed quickly. We want you to know exactly how to do your job and what to expect going forward.

Working as the Marketing & Sales Administrator will give you the opportunity to do lots of different things. It's really a mix of executing sales and marketing initiatives including event coordination, list management, email marketing and administrative support all rolled into one awesome job. Primarily, you'll be engaging with our customers, and supporting our sales team. You'll answer their questions, assist with sales presentations, trade show planning, and maintain the Bolger website and monthly marketing emails. But wait there's more, you will also maintain the inventory of promotional items and help with special projects.

If you have a question or need some help, you'll be surrounded by helpful, friendly people who are ready to jump in and collaborate with you in finding the best solution for the customer's needs. Our open-door policy ensures that you can get access to the person who has the information or knowledge that you need to get the job done right.

What you will need to be qualified for this job

To be qualified for this job, you've got to have attention to detail, and superior customer service and organizational skills. You'll be engaging with our highly valuable customers on a daily basis, so it is vital that you can show them how much important they are to the organization. You will be the face of Bolger, as you market the company so you must possess excellent communication skills, flexible attitude and be able to meet project deadline under pressure. You'll also need to know how to use the tools of the trade, that means a familiarity with a CRM and how it is utilized in the manipulation of data, pipeline analysis, timing, and contacts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point as it relates to impactful sales is crucial. And finally, since it isn't likely that you have used all the systems that your new job will require, you've got to be willing to jump in and learn how to use our systems and provide feedback on things that we can improve.
