POSITION SUMMARY: To assist in the day to day functions of the sales team. Including but not
Limited to clerical and reception duties. Assisting with outside functions and sales.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (Key Tasks and Responsibilities)
A.Pleasantly answer phones and direct inquires to proper person(s).
B.Files all banquet event orders in proper places. Maintains organization of the office space.
C.Meet and greet clients.
D.Send out menus to potential and current clients.
E.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word required.
