- Provisioning and management of macOS and Windows systems
- User account management, including configuring new accounts, password resets, troubleshooting user login, profile, and permission issues
- Troubleshoot operating system and application errors, and support user requests, as part of a team using a ticket system

- At least one year of Windows system support experience
- Familiarity with macOS systems
- Ability to configure and maintain backups and perform restore tasks
- Strong prioritization, problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting computer users in a help desk environment
- familiarity with Group Policies and Active Directory
- Strong communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship
- Some familiarity with Linux systems
- Familiarity with computer security and Government security standards
- Experience with two factor authentication, especially SmartCard/PIV based authentication
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Scripting knowledge, PowerShell, bash PERL, Python, etc.
- Experience with Office 365 and Big Fix
