Linux System Administrator

Belay Technologies is seeking a Linux System Administrator to support the Integration Team. This position will support all the cloud environments, both unclassified and classified, that are part of the overall CI infrastructure footprint. While this is not a position that offers telework, it may offer telework in the future.
Required Skills/Experience:

• Linux system administration and integration experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
• Cloud services experience (AWS, Azure); services provisioning, management of virtual services, familiarity with vendor Platform as a Service offerings
• System monitoring and maintenance to include service upgrades and security patching and IAVA management
• Troubleshooting of services (Tier 1/2 level)
• Configuration management support, familiarity with Puppet/SIMP, Ansible, Salt, Chef
• RPM development, deployment, and upgrade experience
• Familiarity with configuration and workflow tools such as GitLab, Jira

Requirements:

Seven (7) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
