CACI is seeking a cleared Lead System Administrator to support an Army Task Order that provides system administration, network administration, and database administration to support, maintain and operate the Software Engineering Centers (SEC) Software Engineering Environment (SE2) laboratories located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD as an enterprise enclave under the direct control of the SEC.
Must be able to be onsite 1-2 times/week.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Lead the Systems Administrator team.
- Work with a highly virtualized infrastructure to enable software development to occur in a DoD RMF approved network.
- Use problem-solving skills to work on Active Directory, Windows Servers, VMware vSphere, Red Hat Linux, and a variety of Software Development support servers.
- Provide support to customers and team members to solve challenging IT problems.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- An active DoD Secret clearance.
- Experience with VMware vSphere administration.
- Experience with Red Hat Linux (or other Linux variant).
- Experience working with and reporting on DISA STIGs.
- Experience with Enterprise Storage (HP, Exagrid, NetApp).
- Must have knowledge of TCP/IP, information security/authorization profiles, or system administration of Linux or Windows networks/systems.
- Must be capable of managing the servers, which typically involves installing and upgrading the servers, as well as solving any kind of problems with the systems.
- Must provide the essential software support for the laptops, desktop personal computers, and printers, including the configuration of the hardware devices, testing new software and designing the structure of the network.
- Must be capable of monitoring the system configuration, including the server event log.
- Must be capable of testing the operating system software, the networking software and also the computer hardware.
- Must be capable of monitoring and developing the procedures for backups of the servers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline. An Advanced degree is desired.
- 5 years experience or 4 additional years of applicable experience with appropriate certifications may be substituted for the degree.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
- Experience with MECM/SCCM.
- Experience with Veeam.
- Experience with Atlassian.
- Experience with Cloud (AWS/Azure).
- Leadership experience.
- Experience with Ansible.
- Experience with Graylog.
- Experience with Zabbix.
- Experience with Trellix/McAfee (ePO).

$90,300 - 189,600 USD
