As an Account Manager, you will have the potential to earn over $75,000 to $120,000 your first year. This level of income will require hard work and dedication!

You will be responsible for generating new business, providing customers with outstanding service and maintaining a long-term account relationship. Once you complete our training, you will be well on your way and equipped for success!

Responsibilities you will have after you have completed training:

· Be able to professionally facilitate the process of an insurance claim from start to finish.

· Prospect and contact potential customers.

· Climb on and inspect multiple roofs per day.

· Attend sales meetings/events

· Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

· Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments in the roofing project.

· Attend to multiple customers with prompt and diligent use of our internal CRM.

· Work together with other co-workers to properly take care of the customers need

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality industry

· Self-motivated, money-driven, multi-tasker

· Ability to build rapport quickly

· Ability to listen and take advice

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Outgoing personality

· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
