Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Consultant to join our team. As a Roofing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company and make a significant impact in the roofing industry.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions

- Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining project details and cost estimates

- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients

- Determine and present the best options for the homeowner to serve their roofing needs

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in roofing technology

- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process

- Must be well organized to keep track of daily appointments and leads in order to be punctual to all appointments

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions

- Experience in outside sales or business development is preferred

- Proficiency in technology sales tools and software applications

- Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus

- Must be able to physically climb a ladder and walk a roof

- Must be eligible to become a notary

- Work flexible hours to meet with homeowners

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $113,390.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
