Job Description:
As a Commission-Based Roofing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our roofing products and services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online research.
2. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their roofing requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.
3. Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our roofing products and services.
4. Negotiate and Close Sales: Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
5. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
6. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to better position our company's roofing products and services in the market.
7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications:
1. Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
2. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for travel to customer sites and sales meetings.
3. Basic computer and internet knowledge
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be based on a percentage of sales revenue generated, with the potential to earn significant income based on performance. A commission-based salary plus incentives and bonuses, with potential earnings of $75K-$150K based on your achievements.
