Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay for EXPERIENCED reps is 13% gross of the total contract, commissions paid every Friday IN FULL
Just sell & pick up checks.
We a have a fully staffed Production team.
Monthly and annual bonuses for performance

Are you a top rep in the roofing and Home Restoration industry and tired of the bait n’ switch promises, low commission structures, check for check commissions, 10/50/50 pay plans that can take up to 2-3 months to get paid on, asking for draws on commissions you earned, production departments that don't have reasonable turnaround times, companies that can't compete with market based pricing/getting outbid because the company's overhead is too big/too high and or franchise backed, underpaid/under-qualified crews screwing your jobs up, not being able to go after 7+ figure contracts because the company’s license isn't big enough/has limitations, BS quotas/ responsibilities that take away from your commissions, & companies/departments that are run by idiots who's backgrounds aren't even construction related? NRCG - National Roof Consultant Group is a company that's run by a board of directors and a CEO that collectively share 90+ years of real CONSTRUCTION experience. From building multi-million dollar homes and building 9 figures in townhome communities; to chasing hurricane claims across the Gulf of Mexico to fire wind and hail storms up n’ down the east coast and across the Midwest.. We've done it all and are currently looking to add 10-15 individuals to our team of storm restoration representatives in NC to assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to the hail and windstorms that have recently affected the state.
No experience? Not afraid to knock doors and climb roofs? No problem, we’ll show you how to make 10+ grand a month. NRCG will train you according to our knowledge and standards within 5-10 days. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their claims, so prior experience is not necessary.
Qualifications
Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers.
Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary.
Must have reliable transportation.
Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity.
Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run office-leads.
Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections.
Responsibilities & duties of the position
Engage in outside sales activities to meet with potential clients and promote products/services.
Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure deals.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
Marketing/lead generation for new prospects
Attending adjuster's meetings
Collecting all Checks
