Roofing Sales Representative

All The Way Gutter Protection and Roofing is a small, local, veteran owned company. We strive to create a warm and family centered environment, who wants to create customer relationships and not just a sale. We are looking for someone with Roofing Sales knowledge but it is not required. We provide at least 10 hot leads per week but also provide an additional payout for self-generated sales. Our busy season is starting and can provide 2-4 leads per day.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with pre-qualified leads
• Inspect roofs for damage/wear and tear
• Use our sales method to consult with homeowners for expert recommendations for their roofing installation (and possibly for siding, gutters or gutter guards as well)
• Friendly/Customer Service personality required
• Roof Knowledge is preferred but not required; will train those with no prior knowledge
• Gutter Knowledge preferred but not required; will train those with no prior knowledge
• Ladder climbing and roof walking for roof assessment is required
• Willing to travel 80 miles around Charlotte, on occasion a little further outside that radius (For ex: Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Spartanburg SC, etc)
• Occasional travel to Locust office for Monday meetings
• Some Saturday availability most likely required (always off Sundays)

Skills:

• Timeliness and organizational skills are required
• Arrive promptly at scheduled appointments
• Self-Starter
• Some sort of past Sales experience is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week
