Sales Representative (Roof Storm Damage)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative specializing in Roof Storm Damage Insurance Claims to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with customers who have experienced Storm Damage to their roofs, guide them through the insurance claim process, and ultimately sell our services for roof repair or replacement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of insurance procedures related to Storm Damage claims, and the ability to build rapport with customers while effectively closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to homeowners or property owners who have experienced roof damage due to storms.
• Conduct thorough assessments of the extent of damage to roofs, providing accurate evaluations to customers.
• Guide customers through the insurance claim process, explaining procedures, requirements, and documentation needed.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, providing necessary information and advocating on behalf of customers to ensure fair and timely claim settlements.
• Develop and present detailed proposals outlining the scope of work, costs, and timelines for roof repair or replacement.
• Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns, and negotiate terms of agreement to secure sales contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, insurance policies, and regulations related to Roof Storm Damage claims.
• Utilize CRM systems or other tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and document sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and roofing technicians, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, demonstrating a commitment to driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance procedures and regulations related to Storm Damage claims.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately assess roof damage and provide comprehensive evaluations.
• Ability to effectively negotiate terms and close sales contracts.
• Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools for lead management and sales tracking.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for exceeding targets.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site assessments and customer visits.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $48,560.00 - $200,000.00 per year
