SalaryRN-MDS/Care Plan Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of MDSs and Care Plans per OBRA and Medicare guidelines. Schedules MDS assessments, oversees staff responsible for completion of sections of the MDS, ensures completion of the MDS, ensures staff formulates and update care plans as needed, schedules and conducts care plan conferences, monitors Quality Indicators, monitors resident eligibility for Part A services and assists with other duties as needed
