Job description
The Home Health RN is responsible for maintaining a caseload of skilled visits weekly. These visits typically consist of medication set-up, wound care/wound vac, disease monitoring, and general assessment. Training provided for any areas of unfamiliarity. An ideal candidate will be flexible, eager to learn, organized, and attentive to details. New grads welcome!

What you will be responsible for:
Managing your own case load of clients in your assigned area.
Scheduling visits with clients and maintaining schedule.
Providing in home support with setting up medications, completing wound
cares, disease monitoring, co-morbidity monitoring and other related
tasks.
Caregiver oversight.
Job Types: Per diem, Full-time
Salary: $85,000-$95,000
