Job Description
Must have Workday experience and be an excel guru. Will be responsible for leading the team of 4-6 HRIS analysts in developing robust processes and procedures for a Company with multiple ERPs that are not integrated.
Must have 5 years of HR experience or more.
Must be willing to be onsite in Fort Lauderdale for a minimum of 3 days a week.
System experience in Kronos, Ultipro, SAP, and ADP would be ideal but not required.
Ideal candidate has experience navigating through multiple ERPs that do not integrate with each other.

Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding and offboarding system processes for our employees: enabling efficient hiring and termination procedures, ensuring employee data synchronization amongst systems, and contributing to the success of our HR Digital Transformation
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees
Work directly with stakeholders to identify, analyze, design, test, and implement new solutions or improvements to existing solutions
Manage all daily, weekly, and monthly vendor feeds to ensure accurate data transfer
Participate in project testing
Meet technology needs through partnership and collaboration between HR, Information technology, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
Audit system records
Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
Manages talent through coaching and providing feedback to improve individual and team effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in relative field
Workday experience required
5 or more years of experience, in a corporate HR Technology setting required
Experience in implementing Human Capital Management systems (HCM), Workday, SAP, ADP
Experience with Workforce Management systems UKG WFM/Dimensions preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical and executive audience
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
