Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global HCM Practice for an ADP Data Conversion Specialist that will support an active Dayforce Implementation project.

Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with a start date for November with an initial duration through end of July 2024 , with the possibility of extending.
Level of Effort: 40 Hours/week
Working Hours: EST Preferred

Responsibilities:
- Partner with lead project stakeholders to implement Dayforce as the global payroll system
- Manage the coordination of Data Conversion from Workday and ADP
- Must be extremely technical and understand integrations associated with the Data Conversion
Required Qualification(s):
- Strong cultural fit with the organization
- This person should be familiar with the latest version of the ADP Vantage software (ADP Vantage HCM 2023.43.00), including their reporting (ADPR). We are looking for someone with experience converting payroll data from ADP Vantage to Dayforce. Please let me know if you have any candidates for consideration.
