Position Summary:
To support Rhythm applications and customers in management of their Ergotron (and Enovate) fleet. Able to troubleshoot equipment, create reports, provide software application support, communicate effectively under pressure, and provide effective suggestions for resolution of product issues. Requires up to 50% travel.
Position Responsibilities:
- Sets up equipment and monitors tests with Rhythm of new functionality or releases.
- Supports Rhythm Queue Cases and Rhythm support calls involving password resets, user log in issues, custom reports, hardware/electrical troubleshooting.
- Observes results, collects data, and compiles summaries and reports for sales, engineering, quality, and customers using Rhythm Fleet Management and Rhythm tools (i.e. RhythmTech).
- Support field service technicians and customer support/service department with software/application issues and troubleshooting.
- Assists engineering, quality, and customers with product investigations and analyze root cause of production and quality issues.
Additional duties may be assigned as requested.
Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):
· Provide troubleshooting assistance for Ergotron/Enovate software products; i.e. Rhythm Fleet Management.
- 0-2 years of technical support experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to facilitate and train small groups.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with software or technical product support preferred.
- Requires up to 50% travel; 10% travel expected.
- Monday- Friday 8a-5p

Pay: $23.00 - $26.50 per hour
