What You’ll Do
- Act as liaison to Third Party Warehouses to ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures througout North & South America
- Take on role of DC Supervisor/Operational Manager to internal Distribution Centers throughout North & South America
- Audit 3rd Party Warehouses to verify Tesla-mandated standards are met
- Effectively communicate and evaluate warehouse key performance standards (KPI) including costs, dock-to-stock, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, quality, and other critical performance criteria for both 3rd Party Warehouses as well as internal Distribution Centers.
- Program-manage and coordinate the launch of new Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouses
- Collaborate with Tesla business partners to align on standards, operational improvement, and goals
- Role consists of up to 75% travel, physical reporting will be from local DC/3PL/Service Center
- 3-5 years related experience in warehousing, fulfillment, and/or operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand
- Ability to learn, communicate and train other on complex processes
- Ability to present warehouse performance and status updates effectively to executive leadership
- Self-motivated, open-minded, collaborative, resourceful, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
- Candidates must be self-starters, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple P&L entities

$68,000 - $222,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
