Revenue Cycle System Analyst

The Revenue Cycle Analyst will monitor ongoing performance of Revenue Cycle results through the use of Key Operating Indicators (KOI). Use data to identify trends and gaps. Uses dashboards and reports to monitor keep performance indicators of Revenue Cycle workflows and to ensure a holistic view of the Revenue Cycle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To qualify you must have 3-5+ years of Revenue Cycle management experience in a healthcare environment

1. Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle process, revenue integrity and its impact throughout the Revenue Cycle
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/excel to include reporting, Executive level preferred
3. Advanced skills in using excel and BI data applications to maneuver through large volumes of data.
4. Advanced proficiency in data extractions (DBMS & Data Warehouse Tools) and use of business analytic applications.
5. Ability to demonstrate analytical/communication skills, and computer proficiency.

Bachelors Degree Required-Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Microsoft Excel and Office Required.
Meditech Preferred.

Salary Range: $97,000 - $100,000
