Job Summary:
Camden Family Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Revenue Cycle process, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable. The Revenue Cycle Manager will work remotely and report to the Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Revenue Cycle process, including billing, collections, and accounts receivable
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims to insurance companies and government payers
- Monitor and analyze Revenue Cycle metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve Revenue Cycle performance
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure accurate and complete documentation
- Provide training and education to staff on Revenue Cycle processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on changes in healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle management, preferably in a FQHC
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems
