- Manage Accounts Receivable processes for Out of Network claims, including billing, payment posting, and follow-up.
- Utilize Central Reach, Sales Force, Excel, and the Google suite of products to track and manage Out of Network claims and reimbursement.
- Analyze payment discrepancies and denials to identify opportunities for improved reimbursement rates.
- Negotiate with Out of Network plans to maximize reimbursement for services rendered.
- Collaborate with internal billing and coding teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims.
- Maintain accurate records of payment agreements, correspondence, and reimbursement rates.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to Out of Network reimbursement rates and collections.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in a medical practice setting, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and reimbursement.
- 2-3 years of experience negotiating with Out of Network plans to maximize reimbursement.
- Proficiency in Central Reach, Sales Force, Excel, and the Google suite of products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with payers and providers.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in billing and reimbursement processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
