SalaryImperial Monumental Solutions (IMS) , we are a marketing firm partnered with Fortune 500 companies such as Spectrum, AT&T, DirecTV ,ADT, Frontier and also now Walmart retailers
We handle billing for small business accounts and assist business owners with renewals and give them specialized pricing. Our aim is to lower their rates once they are out of promotion.
In addition to retentions we also do acquisitions for customers who are interested in retailing, and offer different campaigns which we attach to for customers needs.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and or in Spanish required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and or Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.87 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
