Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) Onsite Position

This position will have the responsibility for the commercial lease management for over 50 store location in 5 states.
The perfect candidate will have a background in the following,
- Assisting with CAM Audits.
- Annual Services.
- Rent Starts and TIA Recovery.
- A thorough knowledge of and experience in lease administration, NNN leases, and a strong working knowledge of construction & maintenance terminology.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in commercial/retail property management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage rent start processes with the internal accounting team. Validate critical dates with the internal Construction team to ensure the Landlord work was completed timely.
- Track and collect all Tenant improvement allowances (TIA) that were included in the lease documentation.
- Review and track all legal documents for changes including ownership and contact information.
- Manage the lease tracking database for lease renewals, rent increases, Landlord maintenance responsibilities, and services.
- Abstract lease documents by interpreting lease language to capture key obligations and responsibilities.
- Partner with Maintenance and Operations to ensure Tenant maintenance issues are being addressed and resolved by responsible Landlords.
- Support Real Estate regarding the issuance of estoppel certificates and Landlord requests.
- Document critical lease dates, data, and events in lease tracking software.
- Provide audit support to our lease accounting department as necessary.
- Process requests from Landlords on use restrictions, common area changes, and co-tenancy requests for approval by CDO or REC.
