The Retail Marketing Specialist is a key support role responsible for assisting in the execution of Retail Marketing initiatives. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. The Retail Marketing Coordinator contributes to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at driving foot traffic, increasing sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience within retail environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of Retail Marketing campaigns, including promotions, events, and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of marketing activities.In-Store Collateral
- Coordinate the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials such as signage, displays, and promotional materials.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all retail locations.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in the implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including NSO announcements, email campaigns, and online promotions.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align online and offline strategies.
Event Planning
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions to drive customer engagement.
- Coordinate logistics, manage event timelines, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
Customer Engagement
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer engagement initiatives, such as loyalty programs and feedback mechanisms.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Market Research
- Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
- Assist in gathering data for analysis and reporting.
Collaboration with Vendors
- Work with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and promotional items.
- Negotiate and coordinate partnerships that enhance marketing initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and maintaining marketing calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports and recaps on key performance indicators and campaign effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing coordination or a similar role is desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
