Position Overview: As the Retail Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in elevating our brand presence through effective collaboration with the marketing and sales channels. You will be responsible for display programs, asset creation and management, and working closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising plans to showcase products effectively within retail environments.
• Ideate and implement visually appealing displays that align with brand guidelines and attract customer attention.
• Create marketing assets such as signage, promotional materials, training and merchandising playbooks, etc. to be utilized across multiple sales channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align merchandising efforts with overall brand strategy.
• Communicate regularly with retail partners to coordinate merchandising activities and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of merchandising initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful execution of merchandising projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising and marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in retail merchandising, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong creative and design skills with the ability to create visually appealing displays.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
