Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
- Implement headquarters retail strategy, including but not limited to overall/individual module strategies, national retail model design & implementation, and improve retail operations systems.
- Implement retail strategy and planning based on different market statuses, manage display/experience/activities/Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) with the store as the core, and be responsible for C-end customer’s target achievement. Be able to propose a retail strategy and planning for the U.S. market and industry conditions.
- Manage the retail GTM/store/marketing/materials modules under your jurisdiction, focusing on project and national success to optimize the operational mechanisms of various retail modules, continuously empower modules/teams, and drive business development.
- Collect feedback on market and consumer trend changes and purchasing preferences through stores.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to diagnose, support, empower, and refine the retail operation model of global core countries, responsible for national retail target achievement and retail efficiency.
- Building a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team to fuel internal growth; actively recruiting and interviews to build an external network of talent to add different perspectives and experience to the team
- Building a highly engaged team that embodies the company’s brand DNA through effective collaboration, open and honest communication, and prioritization of work.
Responsibilities:
- As a Multi-territory Retail Performance Manager, you will lead multiple locations while supervising your Brand Ambassador team and providing the support they need.
- Resolves conflicts as soon as they arise, finding common ground and settling disputes fairly and with minimal disruption.
- Structure messages in a clear logical manner using the most appropriate communication medium.
- Responsible for the performance and career development of direct reports
- Actively recruits and hires quality talent to add to the team, planning for and creating a talent bench
- Meet and exceed national team KPIs and ensure that rewards are tied to objectives and requirements
- Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability; facilitates a thorough and thoughtful onboarding for new hires, equitable development paths for all employees, and a focus on employee engagement
- Inspires teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and shared fate; tailors communication to the individual and leverages their strengths
- Collaborating with co-workers to build high-performing teams through best practice sharing
- Promotes an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices, actively seeking and advocating different perspectives
- Interprets team interactions through emotional intelligence and team insights to positively improve and build a consistent work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management
- History of leading, motivating, and coaching teams with 50 - 100 people to achieve objectives
