Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will provide support to our office staff, and market the local area for new clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Data Entry of Total Loss inventories
- Hold pop up events to promote company
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Assist with collections of invoices
- Updating Social media accounts for the company
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience as an Restoration Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Clean driving record
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Previous experience in market research or other related fields
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well in teams
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fire and water damage restoration business
- XACTIMATE SOFTWARE (A plus but will train)
- Excellent communication skills (Bilingual a plus)
- Excellent customer service
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Multi-tasking and fast learning ability
- Strong organizational skills
Experience in the restoration industry including contents and water mitigation is a Must!!!
